1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
2. LICENSE
Our website grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use the "commercial package" included in the templated stores, other web templates and products sold through our web site by independend content providers in accordance with these Conditions of Use (the "license").
a) DEFINITIONS
Commercial Package - represent all elements of a product except the GPL licensed original source of an "open source" script. This will reffer but not limit to: all copyrighted graphics, the graphic template implementation work and solutions.
All GPL license clauses still apply to the original open source script used for implementation.
b) LIMITED USAGE GRANTED
You may only use each individual product on a single website, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase same package once more in order to make another project with the same design implementation
c) MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes (except the encrypted files).
d) UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent.
e) ASSIGNABILITY
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from osCoders.biz.
f) OWNERSHIP
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
either expressed or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
3. OUR REFUND POLICY
Since osCoders.biz is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is delivered, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make sure that you've carefully read "delivery", "payment" and all FAQ sections. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is 5 days after the delivery date.
Refund conditions:
a) A refund is approved only if the store script is running with errors after a proper install on a proper server.
b) A refund is approved only if on the same server a standard non-templated store script is correctly running.
c) A refund is approved only if it is requested by the buyer within 5 days from the delivery date.
d) It is the buyer responsibility to install and test the scripts within 5 days from the delivery date.
Refund procedure:
Please use our Contact Us page in order to request a refund. You have to submit the following information:
a) Your order ID;
b) The error you get running the script (detailed description);
c) Web-address where the store is installed and the error can be reproduced;
IMPORTANT! - osCoders.biz will complete refunds following the above conditions and procedures ONLY for the templated scripts payments and NOT for the graphics license payments which are made to a third party (usually TemplateMonster.com).
4. ANTIFRAUD CHECK
Customer purchase will be suspended for manual antifraud check for 24 hours as well as it can be suspended for longer term (around 48 hours) for more serious investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.
We reserve the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
TERMS OF USE FOR GRAPHICS
All graphics files are copyrighted by their respective sellers and are ruled by their own terms.
